Shipping Policy

At this time, due to Covid-19, we have a 3-4 day processing and shipping time. We ship USPS or UPS which currently states a 3-4 day shipping time. Currently due to Covid it may take a little longer.

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days once the printing process is complete. A confirmation email is sent once the shipping label is created. This email will not only confirm that the item is being prepared for shipment and will leave our studio, but will also provide the USPS or UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to USPS or UPS). Please allow 24-48 hours for updates on your order. Shipping time varies on behalf of USPS or UPS 3-4 business days Priority Mail.

IMPORTANT: Our inventory may fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this case, we will attach a note on your packing slip indicating that the item will be shipped separately. Most out-of-stock items come back in stock approximately one day after the order is shipped. We may also exchange it for a similar item.

Shipping and delivery

At we know that fast and reliable delivery of your merchandise is important to you. Most orders are shipped the same business day the order is placed and confirmed. Whether you select Standard or Express shipping, our cutoff time for weekday delivery is 2:30 PM EST. After that cutoff time, you can expect your order to ship the next business day. Shipping is conducted Monday through Friday.

Your shipment may be delivered via one or more of the following logistics carriers: UPS and USPS.

For orders placed on weekends, holidays or after the cutoff time, shipping will be made the next business day. Oversized products may take one additional business day to ship.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. ships to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, private mailbox stores, freight forwarders, U.S. territories or addresses outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. For your protection and security, we do not allow address changes once the order is accepted. No products purchased from can be exported.

A resident signature may be required for some deliveries. Please anticipate and plan for carriers to use contactless delivery. If the delivery is dropped off at your front door, no signature is required.

At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We cannot ship to post office boxes, private mailbox stores, U.S. territories or addresses outside the U.S.


  • Not all delivery options are available in all areas.
  • Add one business day for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • In residential or outlying areas, orders can be delivered as late as 8pm.
  • We do not ship or deliver on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
  • A signature is required for most deliveries.

Shipping and handling rates

Shipping rates are based on cart weight, ship-to location, and desired transit days.

To calculate your shipping rate:

  • Select desired product(s) and add to cart
  • Proceed to cart
  • Update Ship-to Zip Code
  • Select desired transit days
  • Shipping rate will be listed in cart total
  • Tracking your order

As your order ships, we will send you email providing the shipment tracking number(s). To see the detailed progress of your shipment, click on the tracking number link provided in your email. Please note that tracking detail may not be active immediately with the carrier; in that case, check back in several hours or the following day.

As takes care of the fulfilment and shipping of the products you purchase on the Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email.

If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Store Customer Service immediately to report and resolve. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery or of the last scan of the package tracking. Claims received after this point may be denied by
